COVID-19 Response

A Message to Our Opendock Family,

Opendock is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our clients do the same. As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and clients.

  • All employees have been directed to work from home, if possible.
  • The Opendock offices have been closed to the public.
  • We are reinforcing frequent hand washing protocols with our team.
  • We created a comprehensive plan for pandemic response.

Important note: If you pay by check, consider sending ACH payments, sending via regular mail, or wire transfers. Check deliveries sent via FedEx/UPS may be delayed.

We will continue to operate under the guidance of the CDC and federal, state, and/or local governments. We have adequate controls in place to allow our workforce to continue operating indefinitely, from remote locations, with minimal impact to daily operations.

We share the concern of the global community and hope the virus can be contained and eradicated as quickly as possible.
